What happens across the two hours

Working live and in person, you'll build the framework of a talk using the foundations of Conscious Communication and the early stages of the B.R.A.V.E. Method. Across the two hours, you'll:

Identify the core message underneath your story or expertise
Map that message into a clear beginning, middle, and end
Understand the structural decisions that separate a talk that lands from one that meanders
Leave with a working shape for your talk, ready to build on

This is not a session about writing a script word for word. It's about giving your message a structure strong enough to hold it, so that when you do sit down to write, you're not starting from a blank page.
