SPEAK UP….Fempowerment hosts “SPEAK UP” at the Shelter.

Our last FEMPOWERMENT to wrap up the 2021 cycle… Join us for an evening where all are encouraged and inspired to SPEAK UP.

Uncover your truth, and practice how to communicate what’s inside of you with fierce compassion, clarity, healthy assertion & objectivity ~ whilst staying grounded and in your heart!

Native Australian Tea. 

“Fempowerment” Workbook ~ with journal prompts, tools and practices. 

Connection to an all women’s support facebook group and community. 

A space to feel, liberate through expression, move energy and blockages, and create intimate connection with sisters and self.

The Flow… 

5.00-5.30pm: Native Australian Tea Ceremony.. 

5.30-7pm: Breathwork, Voice activation and Expressive Movement. 

7pm onwards. Sacred Journal Time with prompts. 

Conscious Communication Practices & Tools. 

Sharing circle. 

Guided visualisation meditation. 

Finish up at 8.30pm.
