Speakeasy Dinner Series - From the Smoker

Join us for a unique and intimate experience with the best that Bear Cave Brewing has to offer. This months themed menu will be From the Smoker, showcasing an array of hot and cold smoked meat, seafood, vegetables, and sauces.  Beginning in the brewery with tastes of brews getting ready to stock our tap wall and paired with a selection of canapés, followed by a brewery tour and a lesson in fermentation from Brewer Ryan Kartes.  You will then descend into the Speakeasy for a one of a kind experience of four expertly paired courses from Chef Marc Paavola.  Be our guest for this exclusive evening exploring the inner workings of our brewery and kitchen.
