Speaking from Experience: Asking workers what needs to change to address workplace sexual harassment?
Event description
The Australian Human Rights Commission wants to hear from the following groups of workers who have been sexually harassed at work on what they think needs to change to make workplaces safer: culturally and racially marginalised workers; LGBTIQ workers; workers with a disability; young workers; and migrant workers. The information gathered will help create resources to make workplaces safer for everyone.
These groups of workers are sexually harassed at higher rates than the average population. This is why the Commission wants to learn more about what needs to change to address workplace sexual harassment and make workplaces safer for all workers.
Limited spaces are available.
