Julia Piaton (Colours of Time), Grégory Gadebois (Jean Valjean) and Quentin Dolmaire (The Money Maker) star in this tender and unexpected road-trip comedy-drama from first-time director Maël Piriou.

Mélanie (Piaton) is a gifted lawyer facing a terminal illness. Deciding it’s time to live life on her own terms, she persuades her old school friend Benjamin (Dolmaire) to join her on a road trip to Spain. Their driver is an unlikely choice: Lucas (Gadebois), a burly former client who has recently been released from prison. In exchange for Mélanie’s legal services, she ropes him into taking the wheel.

As the unlikely trio set off across stunning landscapes, their journey takes them far beyond the road itself. Mélanie is driven by urgency, while Benjamin seems determined to stretch out every detour, and Lucas finds himself caught between the two. What begins as an impulsive getaway becomes a poignant exploration of friendship, intimacy, independence and making the most of the time we have.
