You are invited to attend Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Down Syndrome Association of New South Wales Inc, to be held online via videoconference on Wednesday 26 November 2025.

Agenda:
To vote on the special resolution to approve the amended Constitution of the Down Syndrome Association of NSW Incorporated.

This meeting reconvenes the Special General Meeting held on 18 October 2024, which was adjourned to allow broader member participation.

Members are encouraged to review the following document prior to the meeting:

Voting:
Under Section 15.b of the current Constitution, only Ordinary Members and Life Members may vote on motions at a Special General Meeting.
Voting will be conducted online and independently by TrueVote, with details to be emailed prior to the meeting.

Registration:
Attendance is open to current financial members of Down Syndrome NSW. Please register by 9am Monday 24 November 2025.
