FREE SPECIAL K-POP COVER DANCE WORKSHOP WITH KINKY

Event Overview

As part of the K-Culture in Canberra program, the Korean Cultural Centre Australia is proud to present a special K-Pop Cover Dance Workshop with renowned Korean choreographer, KINKY. This free event offers K-Pop fans and local residents in Canberra a unique opportunity to learn from one of the industry's most respected choreographers. Participants will have the chance to learn the official choreography for two popular K-Pop songs in an exclusive two-session workshop.

The workshop is divided into two separate sessions. Participants can attend one or both sessions.

Session 1

Session 2

• Date: Saturday, September 20, 2025

• Time: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

• Song: "Cosmic" by Red Velvet

About the Choreographer: KINKY

KINKY is a highly-acclaimed South Korean choreographer and a member of the renowned dance crews EO-DDAE and ComingOut. With a distinguished career working with some of the biggest names in the K-Pop industry, he is celebrated for his creative and dynamic choreography. His impressive portfolio includes choreography for:

• Choreography and TV credits include his role as a Dance Master on Boys ll Planet.

• Aespa: Contributed to the choreography "Whiplash", "Spicy" and "Better Things"

• Red Velvet: Known for his captivating work on tracks like "Cosmic" and "Chill Kill".

• STAYC: The creator of the choreography for their hit songs "Bebe" and "Teddy Bear".

This workshop is a rare chance to learn from a true master of K-Pop dance.
