Who:
Special Olympics Australia is part of a global inclusion movement that uses sport to empower people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism to reach their personal best - on and off the field.
Unified Playing for All is designed for children and teens with and without intellectual disabilities to participate together in inclusive, fun, and skill-building sports activities.
What:
Thanks to Telethon, Playing for All is a FREE inclusive sports program from Special Olympics Australia. Through fun, skill-based games and activities, the program helps young people build coordination, communication, and friendships in a supportive, welcoming environment.
When & Where:
Craigie Leisureplex
Tuesdays for 8 weeks
Commencing August 4th, 2025
Three 45-minute sessions available:
Session 1: Ages 5–9 | 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
Session 2: Ages 9–13 | 11:00 AM – 11:45 PM
Session 3: Ages 13–17 | 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM
Why:
To ensure all young people - regardless of ability - can access safe, engaging, and inclusive sport. This program supports lifelong wellbeing, friendships, and community participation.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes and sneakers for movement
A water bottle
Any personal support items your child may need (e.g. communication aids)
A positive attitude and a readiness to have fun!

Select the ticket for your desired time slot.
