You can expect a short breathwork practice with meaningful conversation, an extended mediation and sound bowls to finish. Come along in your comfiest clothes as we round out the week with a giant hug for your nervous system.

When we understand that the breath alters our whole physiology and biology and offers a doorway into regulating our nervous system, not just in the moment - but on the deepest of levels... things get exciting.
