Join us for an online information session about Spectra, a new paid leadership and creative development programme from Neuk Collective.

Spectra is for neurodivergent creatives of any discipline - artists, writers, musicians, craftspeople, producers, arts organisers, and more.
You don’t need a diagnosis or an existing leadership role to take part. The programme is for anyone who wants to explore what leadership can look like when it grows from neurodivergent ways of thinking.

During this informal online session, we’ll:

• Introduce the Spectra programme and its aims

• Share key details about structure, payment, and access

• Talk about who it’s for and what we’re looking for in applicants

• Answer your questions about applying and taking part

You’ll also have the chance to meet the programme team and hear more about the values behind Spectra.
