Speechie Talks at the Library
Event description
In November the library will be hosting free presentations by local speech pathologists in partnership with Speech Pathology Australia and the Australian Library and Information Association.
The presentations are focused on helping parents and carers to develop language and literacy for children aged 0 to 5 years at home.
The speech pathologists will be sharing tips, library resources and a demonstrated book reading of the 2025 Speech Pathology Australia Book of the Year.
Three presentations available:
Monday 10 November, 1 - 2pm at Mona Vale Library
Wednesday 12 November, 11:30am - 12:30pm at Warringah Mall Library
Thursday 13 November, 10:30 - 11:30am at Glen Street Library
Free, bookings essential.
The content of these information sessions is aimed at parents and carers (young children who require minding are welcome).
