SPEED 速度 IS BACK!

With the return to dance floors being announced after one of the longest lockdowns anywhere in the world, we’ve decided to join in the fun and bring you our next SPEED速度 on Saturday 11th December at Naarm institute, Sub- Club.

This edition of SPEED 速度 will build on from where we left you all back in May, only possibly going faster and harder after the months of solitude and isolation everyone has shared since then. 

For anyone who missed out, SPEED 速度 is a Naarm-based event series with a strong focus on honouring and exploring all that is Hard, Heavy and Fast in the local and international dance music communities. A melting pot of genres, where no one style of music is favoured over the other, as long as it goes Hard and goes Fast, It is SPEED 速度.

We invite you all to join us as we celebrate the return of the community that we have missed so much. With an exceptionally curated line-up of Speed-freaks, and the brand new sound system in the Sub-Club Basement, SPEED will start fast, only to go faster while pushing the health benefits and positive elements of rave culture, dance music and dance to its threshold.

SPEED places a great emphasis on safety and takes all matters involved seriously. Any behaviour that is Anti-social, Discriminatory or unsolicited will not be tolerated and will result in the individual being forced to leave the party.

Disability: Sub club is down two flights of stairs, however wheelchair entry is available via elevators at the request of security. The night will contain dark lighting and haze, no strobing effects will be used. Please be in touch if you have any specific access requirements
