Speed & Agility is back!
We are running a 4 - week training block, and request that students sign up in advance for each of the weekly sessions. This will allow us to design the sessions around the numbers.
The sessions will be run by Ms Amy-Leigh Williams and our Strength & Conditioning Team
Date: Training block commences in Week 3
Friday 14th February, through to Friday 7th March
Time: 6:30am - 7:30am
Venue: Hordern Oval - every week (rain, hail or shine)
