YOUR HOST

Your charismatic host for the session is Sarah; a health-care professional (Nuclear Medicine Technologist), semi-retired world traveller (50+ countries), trained teacher and yoga instructor, confidence coach, business owner, connections designer and friend to all.

LOCATION

Online in Zoom. Participate from the comfort of your own home, a cafe, the local library or wherever you can find wifi. You'll receive access instructions via email 1-2 hours before the event begins.
