Spice Bar's Japanese Kaiseki

Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese degustation style experience. Focusing on flavour, texture, appearance and aroma of seasonal, local produce. Spice bar's Kaiseki menu is comprised of 13 handmade tastes aimed at highlighting some of Sunshine Coast and Queensland's beautiful produce.

13 tastes of Kaiseki, created on the day with the freshest seasonal produce. The menu will feature sustainable seafood from Daniel St Fish Market, free range, hormone free pork from Sun Valley Fine Foods, Noosa markets mushrooms, Queensland Imperial Blossom Wagyu and Sunny Coast Nuts, honey and ginger - everything free range and ethically produced with the animal's welfare and happiness as a priority.
