Our Last Collab of the Year & Our Biggest One Yet!

We’re so excited to wrap up the year’s collaborations with the amazing Tamara! Many of you have probably heard me raving on about how incredible she is (and some of you may have already met her in clinic) and now you’ll get the chance to learn directly from her!

Tamara is a Chiropractor and Clinical Pilates instructor (Bonus)! With a passion for helping people move better, recover from injuries, and feel confident in their bodies.

She’ll be leading a spicy 45-minute mat Pilates class that blends flow with her chiro-meets-physio expertise. Expect to move, sweat, and learn how Pilates can support your body, ease niggles, and help prevent injuries.

After class, Tamara will host an interactive Q&A session, answering all your questions from tight hips to back pain (and everything in between!).

We’ll wrap things up with refreshments, mingling, and goodies from local businesses. The perfect way to celebrate our final collab for 2025.
