Movement has always been Elaina’s grounding force – a way to reconnect, reset, and build strength from the inside out. With over 7 years of experience as an instructor, her classes focus on intentional movement that helps individuals feel strong, centred, and confident in their bodies. Currently studying dietetics, Elaina truly believes that health begins within – by nourishing the body, supporting the mind, and honouring rest as much as movement. Her passion lies in helping others create balance from the inside out, building sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing. Outside of teaching, you'll find Elaina testing a new recipe, doing a coastal walk or planning her next travel adventure.
