Event description

Come on down to the Selwyn Sports Centre and join us for a Spin Party to celebrate the school holidays. Spin is an indoor cycling workout with an instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. You control the resistance and speed to build your fitness level.

Open to those aged 12 to 24 years old
