Casual BREATH X SPINAL Class

Join Anika & Genna on the beach for a 1 hour casual class of breathflow & spinal energetics. 

Start your weekend fresh by bringing yourself out of your head & into your body with a nourishing experience rejuvenating your nervous system. 

Anika & Genna have been working together curating workshops using these two powerful modalities and have found that by combining breath & spinal it gives their clients a deep opportunity to collectively release mental, emotional, and physical tension from the body & energetic field.
