The Spinal Energetics team are thrilled to announce two live events in London with Dr Sarah Jane this year!

These events will include group Spinal Energetics combined with Breathwork by Abbi Coleman and Sound Healing by Nikita Suyetin.

During this two-hour experience you'll learn all about Spinal Energetics from the founder and witness a live demonstration of the power of this work. You'll then be able to experience it for yourself in a group setting.

Whether you've experienced Spinal Energetics before or you're completely new to this modality, Dr Sarah Jane and her team, along with Nikita and Abbi will support you through a guided journey to help reset your nervous system and restore physical, emotional and mental balance.

This event is not suitable for those with -

Pregnancy: Spinal Energetics is not suitable for those during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Diagnosed Severe PTSD or severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)  
Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries that significantly impact movement
Epilepsy or history of seizures
History or diagnosis of aneurysms  
Cardiovascular or heart conditions
Severe Asthma  
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.

Dr Sarah Jane is a renowned teacher and practitioner, with an empathetic and kind approach anchored by a genuine ability to create rapport and support her clients through her boundless knowledge of the human experience. Her expertise in philosophy, consciousness, cross-cultural awareness, trauma, energetics and the human body, has gained her thousands of clients from all walks of life, including therapists, teachers, doctors, scientists, athletes, CEOs and celebrities.

Dr Sarah’s process is inclusive, deeply emotive and effective, and designed to empower you on your journey through light yet impactful touch, breath work, and honouring your body’s communication. She brings a multi-faceted, energetic, and highly practical approach through utilising the latest techniques and working within an evidence-based framework. She shares her wisdom through various speaking engagements, workshops, training, and private and group sessions.

Nikita Suyetin started to embrace sound meditations alongside practising yoga and mindfulness in 2018. His first sound-bath experience took him by surprise while at a yoga retreat in Portugal. Nikita instantly felt the mystical and therapeutic qualities of sound and instantly wanted to know more. Now, following on from training in Naad Yoga with Leo Cosendai, he shares with others the practice of listening and feeling sound vibrations, allowing him to help heal each person in the way they need to receive it most.

Abbi Coleman has a deep desire to make a difference in humanity and is on a mission to share her wisdom and knowledge with others while treading her path towards enlightenment. From the common beginnings of working on the physical body, and wanting to become fit and healthy, Abbi's journey of self-exploration began back in 2009. Little did she know that beginning her journey would be the catalyst of her career in working with people 1:1 and groups.

Abbi's deep passion for movement, led her to uncover her keen interest in unlocking the limiting beliefs held in the subconscious mind, to help us breakthrough, and turn our pain into inner strength and power. Over her 12-year journey of building a sense of self through exercise and mindset training, she has now tapped into the innate superpower that she believes each individual holds, their breath. Abbi has learnt how the breath has a direct relationship with the body, mind & soul. She understands that developing a deep understanding of each of these facets makes up the human experience.
