Spin-Off#1 Open Mic - Poetry at the Port

After the success of the October daytime meeting that we ran at Royal Copenhagen in Pt Noarlunga with the aid of a grant from the Nature Festival, here is the first of our 2023 poetry readings. The theme for the Open Mic is 'Nature'. Please arrive at 1.30 if you wish to sign up for the Open Mic.

I guarantee you will have a very enjoyable afternoon, entertained by the Friendly Street New Poets #23, Stephanie Graham, Shaine Melrose and Heather Nimmo, and poet Murray Alfredson, with talented guest musician Mel Pier. 

There is unfortunately no grant to help with this one, so there'll be an entry charge of $10 which includes your choice of tea/coffee up to the value of $5. Please allow time to order both food and beverages when you enter, and it will be served in the break at 3pm.
