WHAT IS A SPIRIT ALIGNMENT BREATH & SOUND JOURNEY…

A journey that will give you an opportunity to dive deeper into your self discovery journey as you flow into a profound encounter with breath. While working with the elements of the mind, body & soul, I guide you through the experience to go deeper within yourself. I facilitate the journey as you trust the process, to move anything that may be stagnant and no longer serving you.

You will be guided through the spectrum of the breath, which can give way to natural shifts within your energy body, when given the permission to do so. This will also be a time to be able to connect with likeminded people, to share and feel inspired with.

It is important to remember the body is keeping a score of tension that we are unconsciously holding onto. When you are given a safe space to begin peeling back the layers of the physical being, you begin to lighten the load of what was, to re-awaken to your true state of being. Allowing the flow of energies to come into a state of equilibrium through mindful activation of the breath & energy.

This experience is also about creating a safe container to bring people together to connect within a group of like minded people. Along with re-connecting with the self, through the breath, as past stagnant tension held in the body begins to be released.

MEET YOUR GUIDE & FACILITATOR • DANEESHA ESCOBAR

Based in Sydney, Daneesha is an intuitive energy worker who began her journey in 2022. She blends breathwork, energy work, sound therapy and divination to guide others back to balance — mind, body, and spirit.

With a deep connection to Spirit, she channels intuitive messages through tarot and oracle cards, offering clarity and affirmation. Her energy work focuses on restoring flow and alignment within the energetic body, helping others release what no longer serves them.

Feeling the call to reconnect more deeply with the body, Daneesha followed her intuition and completed her Level 1 & Master Breathwork Certification with Breathless Expeditions in late 2024. This opened a new path —using the breath as a bridge between spirit and embodiment.

Since then, she has supported multiple breathwork events across regional Sydney and is now stepping into her purpose: creating powerful, heart-led workshops that serve the Western Sydney community and beyond.

Her mission is simple —hold space for transformation, connection, and healing through the breath and energy, while building a conscious and connected community.

Safety is of upmost importance for Spirit Alignment. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

What should I bring...

Just bring yourself with an open heart. Mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets are provided at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

How should I prepare myself for this workshop?

For extra comfort, bring an eye mask (optional) and dress in something you feel comfortable in, for the best experience. Drink plenty of water before and after the session. Come with an open mind and heart and be ready for a deep and immersive journey!

Where is the best place to find parking?

Depending on the time of the day, there are unrestricted street parking available but if you have difficulty finding a car space, you can also enter the car park entrance on Thomas St. Dial “225” on the intercom and there are 3-hour visitor car spaces available on every level.

How do I find and access to Erthe Life - Breath & Movement Studio?

The address is Level 3, Unit 225, 1 Katherine St, Chatswood, 2067 The best entrance to use is on Thomas St next to the car park entrance. Use the intercom to dial “225” to gain access. Take the first elevator to Level 3. Exit the elevator and on your left, you will see the entrance down the end.
