A journey that will give you an opportunity to dive deeper into your self discovery journey as you flow into a profound encounter with breath. the elements of the mind, body & soul as I guide you through the experience to go deeper within yourself. I facilitate the journey as you trust the process, to move anything that may be stagnant and no longer serving you.

You will be guided through the spectrum of the breath, which can give way to natural shifts within your energy body, when given the permission to do so. This will be a time to be able to connect with likeminded people to share and feel inspired with.

It is important to remember the body is keeping a score of tension that we are unconsciously holding onto. When you are given a safe space to begin peeling back the layers of the physical being, you begin to lighten the load of what was, to re-awaken to your true state of being. Allowing the flow of energies to come into a state of equilibrium through mindful activation of the breath & energy.

Creating a safe container to bring people together to connect within a group of like minded people. Being of assistance as you re-connect with the self, through the breath, as past stagnant tension held in the body begins to be released.

MEET YOUR GUIDE & FACILITATOR DANEESHA ESCOBAR

Daneesha has been cultivating her intuitive energy work skills since 2022 and has learnt how to use these abilities to support the betterment of the mind, body & soul of individuals. As an intuitive energy worker Daneesha has been using this modality to tune into the energetic body to fine tune the flow and alignment that may be disrupted or blocked.

Through her journey, she was called to add to her modalities by completing her ‘LEVEL 1’ & ‘MASTERS’ BREATHWORK CERTIFICATION with Breathless Expeditions in Oct & Nov “24. Leading her on a path towards the deeper calling to create workshops and lead others in regaining connection to the self through the spirit of the breath and energy.

She has supported in a variety of Breathwork workshop around the Regional Sydney Area, and now is ready to pursue her passion by creating her own workshops and events to support the Western Sydney Community.

Daneesha has always felt the call to be in service to those who she can reach, and is now on the mission to bring like-minded souls together to grow, expand, connect & align within community.

Safety is of upmost importance for Spirit Breath. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

These are:

- Pregnancy
- High blood pressure
- Diagnosed Severe PTSD
- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
-Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)
- Detached Retina
- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
- Epilepsy
- History or diagnosis of aneurisms
- Cardiovascular problems
- History of seizures
- Severe Asthma
- Heart disease
- Heart conditions
- Diabetes
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
