Spirit & Sound Bath Series: Spring Flower Readings

An intimate spirit and sound bath experience for up to 6 participants

As we step into spring, a season of renewal and awakening, you’re invited to bring a flower from your garden (or your neighbour’s, with love!) for a very special Flower Reading. Each bloom carries its own energy and message, and through intuitive connection, you’ll receive personal insights and gentle guidance

Your flower reading will be shared in the group setting of up to 6 persons. Please be assured that spirit messages are loving and supportive, trusting that your sensitivities are always respected to ensure messages are appropriate for the evening. Spirit is very clever.

Following this spiritual opening, you’ll be enveloped in the soothing frequencies of a Sound Bath, a meditative experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments to restore energetic balance. As sound waves wash over you, tension dissolves, the nervous system softens, and inner peace emerges.

Yoga mats are provided, and the room has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle yourself in before doors close at 4:30pm.

Sound baths aren’t recommended for these conditions:

Epilepsy
Serious head trauma or injuries
Pregnancy
Post-surgery
Heart conditions, cardiac pacemakers
People with Deep Brain Stimulus
Have metal plates and pins inside your body
PTSD, bipolar or other serious mental health condition
