Description
SPIRIT AT WORK TRANSPERSONAL COACHING SERIES 2026
A course in 3 modules, for visionary coaches and leaders who want to go deeper, to lead with purpose, depth and lasting impact.
You'll learn effective models and actionable tools based within an ethical framework of ‘secular spirituality’ – work nourished by love, an independent mind and service to fulfilment beyond the bottom line.
The full 3-module programme has received accreditation from the Association for Coaching at Certificate level. Concessions are available.
Module 1 is online, in 3.5-hour blocks over 4 days. It's a stand-alone introduction to transpersonal coaching. You can decide afterwards whether to continue.
Modules 2 and 3 are each two-day programmes taught in person in London.

Spirit at Work in practice
A defining feature of Spirit at Work is that you experience the approaches yourself before bringing them to others. The programme equips you with transpersonal approaches, techniques and tools to use with your clients or team, while also offering a personal-professional development journey for you as an individual, a coach and a leader.
ABOUT MODULE 1
From Actor to Author
An introduction to the principal transpersonal models. Discover your essential self beyond your many "selves." Learn powerful practices of identification and dis-identification that expand your choices and agency.
Navigate both crisis and choice points, that shape your life’s direction – what we call ‘Craxial Moments’© - with clarity and intention.
Connect with your deeper purpose and explore what ‘Everyday Spirituality’© means for your coaching and leadership practice.
ABOUT MODULE 2
Ecosystemic Intelligence
Map the interdependence within relationships and organisational systems to develop an Ecosystems Mindset and build Contextual Intelligence.
From cleverness to wisdom. Work with immanent spirituality – the spirit and wisdom inherent in the world – and transcendent spirituality for those times we need to rise above it all and gain perspective.
Explore creative ways to resolve conflicts – using your client’s inner ‘orchestra’ of selves.
Understand the 2 big life crises – existential and duality – that often trigger the search for coaching; work pro-actively with ‘Craxial Moments’© to help your clients shape their onward professional journey and avoid being highjacked by the future.
Harness the transformative energies of Love and Will through imaginative tools that transcend rational limitations and deepen your coaching impact.
ABOUT MODULE 3
Values in Action
Discover how to help clients embody values and ethics in practical ways that contribute meaningfully to organisations, communities and global challenges.
For a world constantly on the move, we engage in the unlearning that needs doing to make space for the new, and introduce the 5 factors of Transition Expertise© – the competencies needed to make successful, often serial, work and life changes.
We dive deeper into ecosystemic thinking and complexity and the role of the Will in helping us find the right pathways forward.
Expand transpersonal thinking to working with groups and teams using the Cards for Life© designed by Tom Mansfield.
ETHICS IN ACTION
To ensure fair access to Spirit at Work, we have a small number of Social Impact places.
These are for those doing work at the edges: with minority or hard-to-reach groups, in peace-building or environmental awareness/activism, or delivering social impact/social justice programmes.
We also operate a Pay-it-Forward Donation scheme allowing you to donate so that others for whom finance is a barrier can benefit from this programme. We appreciate every contribution, however small.
If you would like to apply for a Social Impact place or to make a donation to support one of these places, please email contact@spirit-at-work.co.uk.
