Hosted by Australian Chef of the year, Tom Hitchcock, guests will experience a showcase of creatively elevated 'kitchen experimentation'.
Served to share in our private dining room, the menu boasts a range of unique dishes that blend global techniques with Asian flavours and inspirations (with the option of paired wines, of course!)
We welcome you to indulge in the tranquility of The Spirit House and Tom's creative genius over 8 courses and 15 dishes of a secret menu - all to be revealed on the night.
