Spirit of the Elements
This 5 week course will take you on a journey through the 5 Elements as we explore their earthly & spiritual symbolism for our lives.
WHAT WE'LL COVER:
*How to awaken your body’s innate healing abilities with specific sets of Qi Gong exercise.
*Familiarise yourself with the 5 Elements & Cycles in nature and how it affects our inner and outer worlds to live more in harmony & health
*Become familiar with imbalances in each element to manage organ health, mood & emotions.
*Reduce stress on your body, mind & spirit by living in the 5 Element framework
Each week we will go deeper in exploring each element through movement, meditation, ritual & healing practices.
It concludes with Bonus 5 Element Personality Profile, this Season's discounted treatment session, as well a gift of this season's offering.
