Spirit Sound Medicine are excited to be travelling to Tasmania in July sharing immersive sound & breathwork meditations!

Our intention is to hold a clear, safe and resonant space for you to journey inward, to rest and recalibrate your being on all levels.

We warmly welcome you to come and unwind into stillness. We will start of with a meditation to arrive in the space, you will then be guided through a breathwork technique that will move us into a deep place allowing you to be more receptive to the sounds that we will weave on a journey with an array of different instruments including Gong, Bowls, Harp, Didgeridoos, flutes, native american drums and handpan.

The breath can be a powerful tool to help transmute dense accumulated energy into something more flowing, easeful & light.

Setting your own intention can guide the outcome of your experience.

~Or you may just want to experience the simplicity of breathwork and sound!

Please bring a yoga mat & pillow to lay on and anything you need to be warm and comfy.

We will be sharing some herbal tea together afterwards.

Spirit Sound Medicine - Connecting to Spirit with the Medicine of Sound.

About Isaac, how I came to music. In march 2017 my father Dean died all of a sudden with with no pre warnings of a physical condition. This was a huge shock for me, it was like a wall went up as a coping mechanism yet at the same time my whole reality and everything i thought i knew came crumbling down..I pretty quickly got my life together and started searching for a fixing, a healing of what had just became a reality.. I reached out and was guided to sacred plant medicine ceremonies, breathwork, yoga, meditation practices and nourishing the body with delicious wholesome organic foods where possible. Along an early adventure living and caring for a 80 year old man Boinga Bob i was super inspired by hes creativity, motivation and optimism for life which i also feel deep inside. I was blessed to be left with some funds from my Father which freed me to pause the hustle of making money and gave me time to explore what felt important at the time.. I started to buy one instrument at a time. Soon they became more than just an instrument, but tools for my personnel healing, a way that i could move with the trauma in a healthy way, the instruments became an extension of me, a healthy practice of expressing & transmuting these deep emotions that were full of beautiful vibrations that spread around the space and was also able to be received by all beings. Soon enough i realised this also created a space for others to take the time to journey inwards to experience themselves more deeply. So my intention is to create a welcoming space where we come together and drop into a deep state within ourselves, experiencing our true nature, the immediate grounds of felt, sense awareness. I am not here to heal you, i am just here to open a space for you to journey within yourself being guided by the sounds of various instruments and soundscapes awakening from this Heart.

Brooke is a visionary artist, creator of many sorts but with her main interest in painting and playing the Native American flute.
She is soon to become a mother of our first child and is also passionate about supporting women through birthing babies in sovereignty and in to loving arms with as little trauma as possible.
She has trained in re-birthing style of breath work and has seen how this can also help us heal our own birth trauma.
