First Sunday of every month for one hour we share techniques to clear, cleanse and release creative blocks.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Breath techniques and guided visualisations to clear and cleanse the mind
Acupressure points specific to the season and organs associated with it is shared for physical, emotional and spiritual release and harmonising
Creative inspiration found in the imagery, techniques and processes shared
Those who so choose can use the group to share their artwork and or continue working with the inspiration gained by attending.

WHAT TO BRING:

One pen and a piece of paper is sufficient

If you are feeling inspired bring two or three pieces of A4 + size paper or sketch book, maybe pastels, watercolour pads, charcoal, felt tips pens, paints and or pencils

Journaling is a wonderful tool to note thoughts, feelings, ideas as they come up during this session.

ABOUT Jo Fay Duncan

An early pioneer in the Australian arts and health scene since 1985, she has worked in a wide range of individual and group settings using the arts. With extensive experience in mental and women's health she now runs an integrative medicine clinic at North Stradbroke Island, Australia, Jo Fay Duncan pushes the parameters of art using a range of media and practices to offer a deeply inspiring experience. With two degrees in the arts her artwork is in various private and public collections across the Australia. In an online or in-person with her she integrates a wide array of healing modalities to include Five Elements Acupressure and Shamanic Healing techniques to offer a transformative experience.
