A weekend to take charge of your life with self care and personal development. We come together to connect with like minded women, who are busy in their day to day life, not able to take time for themselves. A weekend escape, leaving behind work, family and stress of everyday life.

I created this retreat specifically to give you the chance to take time for you, and fill your own cup. We tend to fill others first, leaving us depleted and run down. This retreat is designed to focus on inner self, self love, self connection and self healing. You are allowed to put you first.... and we are here to show you how.
