This event is themed differently every month. It is for women who want to connect with their spiritual side and try some new and fun ways to express and tap into their wellness and spirituality.

This event our guest will be Ann O'Hoy who will be DANCING FREEDOM with us.

On this night we will dance all things LOVE. When we dance we release kick ass chemicals that produce bliss & happiness. She will take us on a guided dance journey through elemental wave, tapping into the power of underlying forces that make life as we know it: Earth, wind, fire & air.

There is no right or wrong way to move your body. There are no dance moves to learn. No experience or dance awards necessary!!!

We will end the night with a sound meditation paired with beautiful scents and some reiki with Michelle & Anne, so be sure to bring your mat, blanket and pillow and sink into the sound of drums and sound bowls.

Some light refreshments will be supplied but feel free to bring your water bottles.
