Most of us are comfortable in one or two areas of our lives maybe our spiritual and sensual but our sexualness might be suppressed, hidden, taboo, nonexistent, or our spiritual is dormant unacknowledged, and we feel lonely, not connected to something greater than ourselves.

When our lives are integrated, we have less chaos and/or rigidity and more harmony.

What to bring

Bring your curiosity, sarong, water bottle, pen and paper, easy to move in clothing and take on and off as the heating/ cooling of the room and your body needs.

Nudity

There is no requirement to remove any clothing one of the activities during the day could include invitation to disrobe some of your clothing, this is on an invitation basis and to your comfortability and body safety requirements in the moment.
