Join Deb Webber and Sharla Charnley from trulywellness in the magical nature surrounds of Cooroy bushland to imbue your magic into creating magical meditation wand, and enjoy the beautiful process of making a mask and scrub from natural ingredients.

You will have the option to make:

Meditation Wand

This powerful tool can be used in your healing arts and will be your talisman tool for years to come.
We will use an array of feathers, crystals, rocks, shells and other sacred natural objects in this beautiful workshop, we will journey with our soul selves, share stories, presence and enjoy sacred cacao heart ceremony together.

The intention of this one day workshop is to share and connect on our own spiritual journeys, alchemising our innate wisdom with the creation of crafting.

Your own soul medicine and any special objects you would like to use in the creation (feathers, crystals, shells etc) is all you need bring with you. And don't forget your open heart.
Our day of self-love and connection wouldn't be complete without the option to create our own personalized nurturing facial treatments.
We can choose to make a soothing facial mask with natural ingredients like oatmeal, yogurt, and honey, which will help to hydrate and revitalise our skin.
We can opt for a crystal-energised facial scrub that will leave our skin feeling silky smooth and renewed.

With these options, we can customise our self-care routine and indulge in the healing power of natural ingredients and crystal energy.

Let's take this time to nurture our bodies and souls and embrace the beauty of self-love.

- Opening ceremony including ceremonial cacao with breath work and smudging.
- Explore the power of the elements and the meditation wand and how we can use them for guidance and healing. Together, we can deepen our spiritual practice and embrace the magic of guidance.
- Silent walk in nature to collect sacred objects from nature to create our meditation wands, deepening our connection to the natural world and enhancing our spiritual practice.
- Set intentions and release what no longer serves us, creating space for growth and transformation.
- Create our meditation wands together, infusing them with our intentions and energy for a meaningful tool in our spiritual practice. Embrace the power of crafting and create a meaningful tool for our meditation and manifestation practices.
- Create a natural face mask and scrub for self-love and nurturing. Using ingredients from nature, we'll enhance our sense of well-being and connect with our bodies.
- Experience deep meditation with crystal bowls and drum medicine. These powerful instruments will help us journey within and connect with our inner selves. Through the vibrations and rhythms, we'll enter a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Let's allow the sounds to wash over us and guide us on a transformative journey.
