Join us in Record-Breaking Fun from 24-30 August 2026 at the AFT International Sports Fitness Festival in Market City Shopping Centre.

The 5th edition of the AFT International Sports Fitness Festival (SPOFIFE) comes to Sydney’s Chinatown and will make an Australian Book of Records attempt by hosting the first-ever badminton court setup inside a shopping mall in the Southern Hemisphere! It’s the perfect way to stay active and connect with the Haymarket community.

• Where: Market City Shopping Centre, Sydney Haymarket.

• When: 24–30 August 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

How You Can Join the Action:

• General Public: Come and Try Badminton with Demo Plays by Para Badminton and Pro Badminton players from NSW Badminton from Thursday, 27 August to Sunday, 30 August 2026 between 12pm to 5pm.

• Corporate Teams: Gather your colleagues for the Sydney Haymarket Corporate Badminton Challenge! Team sponsorships start at $500 for a team of four (50-minute session). Time slots are limited to Monday, 24 August 2026 to Wednesday, 26 August 2026 between 12-5pm (with a possibility to extend to 7pm).
