This pass allows you to take up to 5 SpondyStrong yoga classes during this calendar month. This option is the best deal for people who plan to come to class around 1 time per week, and is a great way to commit to coming to class regularly.

When you buy this pass, you can email me to let me know which class(es) you plan to attend (if you're a regular, no need), and I'll email you the Zoom links.

Our weekly schedule of yoga classes is as follows, and I'll make sure to email you if there are ever any changes!

Thursdays, 8-9 pm Eastern: Mat Yoga

Fridays, 11am-12pm Eastern: Gentle/Chair Yoga

Pro tip: In order to remember to join the class(es) you want to take each week, try adding them to your calendar (possibly as a recurring weekly event), and/or using the reminders app in your phone!
