Event description

This is a Zoom mat yoga class for people with Spondyloarthritis/AS.

This class is designed for people who are able to get onto the floor and do poses on a yoga mat, as well as standing poses. Poses and movements will include both gentler and more challenging options, and each class will incorporate deep breathing and mindfulness/meditation. Modifications will be offered depending on each student's needs. Each class will also include a brief social/check-in component!
