SHIPPING (important/most time sensitive):

For all those who have purchased literature sponsorship, please send all your packages to the address below with around 600 copies. We hope to receive and bag all the literature by January 13th, so please ensure it will arrive before then. Many of you have already begun to send these packages, and when we return back from winter break to Georgetown, I'll confirm receipt of these packages

DAY OF THE CONFERENCE (relevant for tabling sponsors):

Arrive at Georgetown University before 7:40 am (come as early as possible starting at 7am). We open our doors to attendees at 8am and allow them to peruse exhibitions. It is in your interest to arrive as early as possible to get a table and set up before attendees file in.
Your tables will be in the Historic Healy Hall which is the big gray historic building right at the front of the campus. You should enter through the main entrance and we will be there to greet you and help you!
If you are ubering: Enter Georgetown University at the intersection of 37th and Ost NW.
Check in with Luke Anderson or Elizabeth Oliver at the Sponsors Table. We will check you in and be able to talk.
You should expect to table from 8am-4pm with particularly high traffic at check-in/morning, in between sessions, at lunch, and at the end of the conference.

Literature:
For all those who have purchased literature sponsorship, please send all your packages to the address below with around 600 copies. Tabling:
For those that have opted to table, we are eagerly anticipating your presence at the Conference. Typically, each sponsor's table is a 6ft rectangular table which we will have lined up in the Healy Hall corridor, in the same building as Gaston. We will provide tablecloths and everything, so no need to bring that! Feel free to mail anything you may want for your table to the address above and we can set it aside for you if you're traveling a longer distance, but please clearly demarcate that it's for the table. Each table allows for two tickets and lunches, and we will have those tickets ready for you! In years past, we have had sponsors arrive around 7:30-8:00am to set up their tables, and as we build the Conference schedule, we will continue to keep you updated on this time!

Payment:
Many organizations have already been able to mail in checks to the above address or pay via Humanitix. For those that have not, please send checks to the above address, or utilize our Eventbrite at this link.

Lastly, we kindly ask once again that you share our Conference with any members of your organizations and your network. I have attached a sample outreach graphic we use if you wish to share the message with anyone.
