SpookTeasy’s Black Spring at Enthea Teahouse
Event description
Celebrate the eternal gloom of the PNW in Spring with us April 26th, 7p-11p, at our spooky springtime costume tea gathering, SpookTeasy’s: Black Spring returns @Enthea!
Many a spectral tea sippers have requested a costumed springtime tea night ala our SpookTeasy’s Haunted Victorian Halloween event, so in honor of that request, the corpse of SpookTeasy’s past is being rightly exhumed, dressed with flowers, enchanted with forgotten marks of remembrance and the soft dappling of candlelight for one night only! For your creepy, kooky and mysterious springtime teatime pleasures!
(To be clear, this is a huge full service tea event that takes over all of Enthea Teahouse, we pour tea for you as you enjoy the sights, sounds and conversations of the Teahouse, six to seven stations for full service tea! Inside and out of the Teahouse, weather permitting
Dress in black, or dress to impress all the terrior terrors in attendance with your most costumed grace, but please come playfully. No one will be turned away for lack of creative costume, but we advocate for you to make your best attempt… or, watch out for the Teahouse lawn goblins. They will be on the prowl for any creature left wandering in human form, so better be safe and dress accordingly.
$20 covers expanded special SpookTeasy hours from 7p-11p and special off-menu teas poured all night.
This is a limited capacity event. Tickets will likely sell out. Tickets in link for event. Some tickets available at the door, but don’t count on it.
Our select food menu of steam buns will be available all night.

“Hands vermillion / start to boil
bright cotillion / raven's toil
Camellia’s promise / tea spirit's strive,
to the living / now the dead...
Let the tea come alive!
As sudden kettle / Pierces night;
As maocha’s wonder / Mad affright
Oolong asunder / Puerh’s delight:
Our ghost, our corpse and we
Rise to tea!
As chai’s a blizzard / Serpent fell;
As goblin vizard, / Steeps the spell
Of grail wizard, / Sinks to tell;
The buried, dead, and slain...
Rise again and come! To tea!
