Spooky SCRAP Bingo Bash: A National Reuse Day Fundraiser! 🍻🎰 | Ages 18+

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, SCRAPlings! And happy National Reuse Day!

On Tuesday, October 20th from 5-8pm, SCRAP PDX will be partying with one of our besties, local beloved brewery Wayfinder Beer, to celebrate and fundraise for SCRAP with beer, collage, bingo, and PRIZES—and you're all invited!

Come ready to use our best collage material (including a heap of NSFW content! 🤫) to design custom paper witch hats, then grab a drink, because we'll be playing a series of intense (read: super fun and silly) rounds of bingo, complete with unique, fantastic prizes awarded to each winner. We have amazing donations of prizes from our community, and we've been collecting spooky and haunted items for years just for this night!

Expect to feel some sweet, spooky Halloween nostalgia: trick-or-treating, cute decorations, and of course, costumes are strongly encouraged!!! 🦸‍♀️🧛‍♂️🧙‍♂️

Structure

• 5-5:30pm: Mingle, eat, drink, and collage a witch hat!

• 5:30-7:30pm: Bingo games, one after the other! Prizes awarded!

• 7:30pm: A surprise party treat! (Edible? Inedible? Who knows!)

• 7:30ish-8pm: Mingle, eat, drink, be merry! Happy Halloweeeeen!

Tickets

Tickets are $12, and a single ticket will get you:

• 1 bingo card

• A SCRAP trick-or-treat bag!

• A paper witch hat base and access to collage tools & materials!

Buy larger ticket packages that include bingo card bundles —increase your chances to win while donating to support SCRAP!

Additional bingo card buy-ins can be purchased any time during the event. (Card works, but bring cash, too!)

Where's your money going? Your fundraising efforts will support our education program, through which we reached over 5,000 youth and adults last year in the form of classes, camps, and events! Your money also supports our general mission to divert material from the waste stream and provide affordable materials to the community. In 2025, together, we diverted over 130,000 lbs of material. (Oh, no biggie!!) Your support makes it all possible!

• McMenamins $50 gift card

• 4 OMSI passes

• ...and other prizes, to be announced!

...and each prize will come with a themed SCRAP basket of materials, and a SCRAP class pass!

Dress Code

• Your halloween costume

• A Halloween-themed outfit (think ugly sweaters, pumpkin earrings, etc.)

• All-black attire (gothic, fancy, simple, your choice!)

Note: If online tickets sell out, don't worry—we'll be selling tickets at the door as available seating allows! Cash or card sales welcome!
