This 90 minute live training online will walk you through how to bend a spoon using your hands and your mind in combination to bend something that you cannot bend by strength alone.

You will learn about being a cooperative element in a dance with the energy around you.

Step out of limited thinking and discover what else is possible.

How: No experience needed. Bring your openness to magic and mystery! Shop for spoons ahead.

Bring at least 1 spoon that is too hard to bend simply with your hands. Preferably bring a few! Forks are okay too. Bring spoons you have permission to bend (e.g., not your grandma's, as she might not let you energetically do it). Second hand stores are a great resource.

Who: Miché Meizner
