In this class, we’ll be exploring all those cheeses with the creamiest, dreamiest textures, and just *hoping* that they are ripe enough for you to clean your plate with a slice of baguette!

All class tickets include a selection of cheeses, thoughtfully paired accompaniments, and small tasting samples of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). The educational portion of the class runs about 45 minutes—give or take, depending on how curious (or chatty) you are! After that, the last hour is all yours to mingle, sip, and shop at your leisure

Classes may be cancelled if we do not hit our minimum registration amount.
