    Q&A
Do I need to be physically fit to participate?
Not at all. We can adapt all the activities for every fitness level.

Do I have to go upside down?
Many of us love being upside down but there are lots of activities that are right-side-up as well. Plus, all of our aerial points are on pulleys so we can full lower them to make it more accessible for people to join in without having to jump, lift, swing or invert just to get started

Are your facilities and activities Wheelchair accessible?
Yes our venue is single level, wheelchair accessible with an accessible bathroom. We have a private carpark with space for disabled parking.
We have several activities that are adaptable for participants in wheelchairs and we are happy to work with you to adapt any activities.
