Discover the excitement of Sport Aerobics, a high-energy sport that blends dance, strength, flexibility and gymnastics into powerful routines performed to music.

Our school holiday Intensive is the perfect way to give it a try. In a fun and supportive environment, students will learn the foundations of Sport Aerobics, build fitness and confidence, and experience the thrill of performing dynamic routines as a team.

New to the sport? You’ll be guided step-by-step so you feel confident and successful from the very first session. Already love performing and want a challenge? There’ll be plenty of opportunities to extend yourself and refine your skills.

Sport Aerobics is more than just movement, it builds resilience, teamwork, stage presence and confidence that carries beyond the gym floor.

Wear comfy active wear and runners, bring a water bottle and a snack, and get ready to move!
