You're Invited to join the Chicago Chapter of the Sports Philanthropy Network at Bernie's Book Bank for an in-person networking event.
2 out of 3 children lack books, and Bernie’s works transform their stories. Bernie’s Book Bank empowers nearly 300,000 Chicagoland children to explore new ideas, gain knowledge, and strengthen reading skills through book ownership.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS: Learn about Bernie's Book Bank: Discover how Bernie's Book Bank creates pathways to success through book ownership. Reading is the single most important skill a child needs — yet many lack access to books. Founded in 2009 by Brian Floriani to honor his father, Bernie’s Book Bank strives to make books accessible to all children. They have a great mission, and we are excited to share their work with our network.
VOLUNTEER: Help us support Bernie's mission by volunteering and making a difference. We will also get a tour of their amazing facility.
NETWORKING: Connect with like-minded individuals passionate about philanthropy, sports, and youth. Appetizers and beverages will be provided.
SCHEDULE: Arrival and Networking: 4:00-4:30 PM
Learn about Bernie's and Volunteer Activity: 4:30-5:30 PM
Networking, Food and Drinks: 5:30-6:30 PM
Networking Tickets: Adults are $25 each, and Youth under 18 are $5 each.
All ticket proceeds support the work of Bernie's Book Bank and the Sports Philanthropy Network.
