This workshop offers an excellent opportunity to learn essential taping techniques and injury care specifically for contact sports. Whether you're a first-timer or looking to refresh your skills, this session is open to anyone interested in learning the correct methods for sports taping.

Workshop Details:

Learn practical techniques for supporting and caring for common sports injuries
Suitable for all experience levels—no prior knowledge required
