Event description

Special offer! Come along to receive 50% off your second batyr@school program*

Join batyr and principal sponsor, the Queensland Mental Health Commission this November to experience what our signature school program is all about. Our programs are engaging, fun and at their core are about young people with lived experiences of mental ill-health sharing their stories of hope and resilience.

Who is batyr?

batyr is a ‘for purpose’ preventative mental health organisation, created and driven by young people, for young people. We run programs, workshops, and events that empower, educate, and engage young people to reach out for professional support when they need it and to take charge of their mental health.

When is it?

The doors will open at 5:30pm before we kick things off at 6pm on Monday the 22nd of November. There’ll be an opportunity to meet our amazing Brisbane community of staff, speakers and facilitators before and after the program.

Who should come?
Anyone who has and/or hasn't experienced a batyr program, wants to support our work, is passionate about young people's mental health, and loves the power of story-telling. If you are keen to discover how we place the lived experiences of young people at the centre of our programs, come along!
