Event description
Join us for a calming and rejuvenating morning session of Tai Chi led by the experienced instructor Siew. This 9-week course offers an introduction to Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical health and mental well-being. Often described as a moving meditation, Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Please note if you are beginner, the second class is more suitable for the beginner level.
Class runs in Logan Reserve when the weather is fine; indoors at Louis Joel when the weather is not so fine!
Thursday 9 October to Thursday 18 December (9 weeks): No class on 16/10 & 23/10.
9-week course: $54 concession / $72 full fee
Or $8 per casual class.
