Join us for a calming and rejuvenating morning session of Tai Chi led by the experienced instructor Siew. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical health and mental well-being and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Please note; this is an intermediate class for people with some Tai Chi experience. If you are a beginner, you are encouraged to join the 11.15am class - register directly with Siew.

Class runs in Logan Reserve when the weather is fine; indoors at Louis Joel when the weather is not so fine!
