This Flow & Restore class invites you to embody and integrate the rhythms of spring.

This 90-minute practice will focus on asana and supportive practices for the spring season, helping to prepare the body and mind for the transition into the warmer months.

The class will include a gentle warming flow, restorative postures, breathwork, and optional invitations such as mantra, mudra, and other subtle practices to support your ongoing spring attunement.

This class is open to all!
