Spring Awaken: A Half-Day Retreat for your renewal

Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your body and inner vision, and step into a more aligned version of yourself.

Held in a supportive and heart-centered space at Infinite.co, this immersive experience weaves together meditation, breathwork, movement, creativity, and sound to guide you through a gentle journey of letting go and reimagining what’s possible as we come out of winter and hibernation, in to blossoming spring.

What’s Included

Opening Circle – Meditation & Breathwork (30 mins)
We begin the retreat with grounding breathwork and guided meditation to settle the nervous system and create space for clarity and presence.

Letting Go Rose Workshop (30–45 mins)
A gentle, symbolic ritual using roses to support emotional release and energetic clearing. Let go of what you're ready to leave behind, and open space for new possibilities.

Break (10 mins)
Time for tea, journaling, or quiet reflection.

Qi Gong Guided Session (45 mins)
A guided movement practice to awaken the body, calm the mind, and cultivate inner balance and vitality.

Nourishing food break (30 mins)
Light, nourishing snacks provided. An opportunity to rest, ground, and connect.

Vision Board Workshop (1 hour)
Engage your creativity in a hands-on visioning session. You'll create a personal vision board to clarify your intentions and bring your next chapter into focus.

Sound Bath & Integration (30 mins)
A restorative sound journey designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic integration, and deep rest - followed by a sharing circle to end.

Optional Sauna & Ice Bath
Close the experience with thermal contrast therapy to invigorate the body and deepen your connection to self.
